SHIPPING POLICY

We want your plants to remain safe and happy while making their journey to you. To that end we package them as if we were shipping to our own mother. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We try to ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that your babies aren't stranded somewhere hostile along the way over the weekend. If you're in a hurry and prefer a different arrangement, please email us and let us know.

RETURN POLICY

We are unable to accept returns of live plants and/or arrangements. If you have an issue upon receiving your plant, please let us know. If you live in a cold area and are ordering during the cold months, we strongly recommend adding a shipping heat pack to your order.
