LIGHT – Full sun or light shade. Doesn't like afternoon sun.
WATER - Only water when completely dry. Very drought tolerant.
SOIL – Likes sandy soil with good drainage.
COLD TOLERANCE - Zone 7-11. Cold hardy to 20 °F but after that they can suffer freeze damage
DORMANCY - Winter
SIZE – 9" - 1' tall
FLOWERS – Once mature, can produce amazing yellow flower atop 8-12 foot tall spikes during mid summer. Unfortunately it dies after it flowers.
PROPAGATION – Pups, cuttings, seed
TOXICITY - The agave leaves contain a sap that is toxic to humans and pets.
